Legion Resolution Group is structured to keep mediation accessible while reflecting the time, preparation, and responsibility involved in high-quality work. Fees are clearly disclosed so parties know what to expect before scheduling.
Standard Mediation
$175/hour per party
For Family & Divorce, Injury & Insurance, and Work & Business mediations.
- $115 administrative fee per party, due when the session is scheduled.
- 2-hour minimum for scheduled mediations.
- $350 per party minimum session cost, plus the administrative fee.
- Available in person or virtually.
The administrative fee helps cover intake, scheduling, and basic preparation work.
Small Dispute / Low-Dollar Civil
$250flat, up to 2 hours
A reduced flat-fee option for disputes with a total amount in controversy of $15,000 or less.
- Eligibility: matters of $15,000 or less.
- Split between the parties unless they agree on a different arrangement.
- No separate administrative fee — basic admin time is included.
- Available in person or virtually.
For disputes involving more than $15,000, standard mediation rates apply.

Daytime options and, when available, evening options — in person or virtual.

Confirm and sign
Once a date and format are confirmed, a mediation agreement and fee terms are sent for electronic signature. The administrative fee for standard mediations, where applicable, is due at scheduling.

Virtual Mediation
In person or virtual.
Sessions are available in person and virtually. Virtual mediation can make scheduling easier and is often particularly practical for small disputes, out-of-town parties, and matters where attendance in person would be a hardship.
Georgia ADR materials describe mediation as a structured but informal process that allows parties to attempt resolution without giving up the right to proceed in court if settlement is not reached.
